Vacancy – Legal Secretary
We have a vacancy for a full-time legal secretary at our Warwick office.
We are looking for someone with a good telephone manner who is able to deal politely with people. You will need to be able to work well in a team, and have exceptional organizational skills. You will need to be able to type accurately at speed and show good grammar and spelling. Confidentiality and ethical behaviour is an absolute requirement.
It would be helpful if you have some previous experience of working in a legal environment, but this is not essential. The work will be with conveyancing, wills and probate, and commercial property files.
You will be responsible for typing letters, forms and notes etc from dictation or otherwise, dealing with telephone calls promptly and professionally and dealing with clients in person on occasion. .
